Refund
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Keep your crystals away from prolonged sunlight exposure and avoid water unless the crystal is water-safe. Our jewellery pieces should be stored in a dry, cool place and kept away from harsh chemicals to maintain their natural beauty.

Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. Some items over 2kg are only available for UK delivery due to shipping restrictions. Please check individual product pages for specific shipping details..
- United Kingdom: £4 (Free on orders over £70) via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
- United States: $25 (Free on orders over $190).
Shipping costs for heavier items or special delivery options will be calculated at checkout.
- UK Orders: Delivered within 2-3 business days via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
- USA Orders: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
